Yummy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 Medium Potatoes
    1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
    1 1/2 Cups Sour Cream
    1/4 Cup Margarine
    1 1/2 Cups Grated Cheese
    Bacon, fried and crumbled
    Onion
    Salt & Pepper
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in salt water with a couple bay leaves until tender.
    Drain and cool in refrigerator.
    Shred potatoes and place in baking dish.
    Mix soup, sour cream, margarine, onion, salt, pepper and stir into potatoes.
    Top with grated cheese.
