Pork Chops Mexicana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops, 1/2-inch thick
    1 pkg. taco dry mix
    1 can Spanish tomato sauce
    1 c. uncooked rice
    4 green pepper rings
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in grease.
    When browned, place into a baking dish.
    Sprinkle rice around the chops.
    Mix tomato sauce, taco mix and 1 (8 ounce) can water.
    Pour over rice and chops.
    Cover with foil and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
    Remove from oven for 10 minutes before done.
    Arrange pepper rings over chops and sprinkle with grated cheese.
    Cover and heat 10 minutes more.
