Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 egg yolks
5 limes
14 oz. condensed milk
graham cracker crust
Preparation

Separate eggs.
Grate 2 teaspoons zest from limes and squeeze 1/2 cup juice.
Combine yolks, condensed milk, lime juice and zest and beat until smooth.
Pour into prepared crust.
Refrigerate until set.
Top with whipped cream.
