Yolanda'S Passover Apple Kugel * - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 apples, peeled, cored and grated
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. matzoh meal
4 eggs, beaten
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
cinnamon
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients except cinnamon.
Pour into oiled 9 x 9-inch or 10 x 15-inch pan (depends on size of apples).
Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
Let rest before cutting.
