Skillet Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium green pepper, seeded and chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tsp. margarine or butter
1 medium head cabbage, coarsely chopped
1 can tomatoes, coarsely chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar
Preparation

In large skillet, saute green pepper and onion in melted butter or margarine until soft.
Add cabbage, tomatoes and seasoning and mix well.
Cover and cook over medium heat about 20 to 30 minutes or until cabbage is as done as you want it.
