Fruit-Mallow Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    1 (15 oz.) can pear halves
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections
    1 c. seedless green grapes, halved
    1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1/4 c. heavy or whipping cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Drain pineapple, pears and mandarin orange sections.
    (Use liquids with orange juice for breakfast another day.) Place drained fruits, grapes and marshmallows in a large bowl.
    In a small bowl, with mixer at medium speed, beat cream until soft peaks form.
    With rubber spatula, gently fold in mayonnaise and nutmeg until well mixed.
    Thoroughly fold mayonnaise mixture into fruit. Cover and refrigerate.
    Makes 6 salads or dessert servings.
