Crispy Lemon Baked Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lemon, peel grated
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. finely crushed wheat crackers
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 1/4 lb. boneless chicken
Preparation

Combine lemon peel, juice and butter.
Separately combine crackers, onion powder and paprika.
Dip chicken in butter mixture.
Coat with crumb mixture.
Arrange on rack in shallow baking pan.
Bake uncovered at 400\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until tender.
