Betty'S Crab Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lump crab
1/2 lemon (juice of)
24 oz. cream cheese
4 green onions, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
3 to 4 drops Tabasco
Preparation

Combine crab and lemon juice in double boiler. Add cream cheese and stir to melt.
Add other ingredients and stir.
Make 24 hours ahead and refrigerate.
Add mayonnaise to soften if desired.
