Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 1/2 oz. can red salmon
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 egg, beaten
    2/3 c. milk
    creamed peas (optional)
Preparation
    Bake in loaf pan at 350\u00b0, about 50 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
