Microwave Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sliced and peeled apples
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. oats
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. margarine
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
Preparation

Place apples in a 1-quart casserole dish and sprinkle lemon juice over the apples.
Microwave apples and lemon juice on High until apples are tender and crisp, about 2 1/2 to 4 minutes.
Set apples aside.
Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and microwave on High until bubbly, about 1 1/2 to 3 1/2 minutes. Stir after half of cooking time.
Spread the ingredients over the apples and place back in the microwave.
Cook on High until apples are tender and the ingredients on top of apples are bubbly, about 4 to 6 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
