Low-Fat Meat Loaf Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small potatoes, shredded
    2 small carrots, shredded
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 egg white
    1 onion, chopped
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 c. barbecue sauce
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Press into muffin pans.
    Spray with Pam. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
