Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 qt. sliced yellow squash
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 stick margarine
    1 small box Velveeta cheese, cut cheese in small chunks
    salt and pepper to taste
    8 to 10 crumbled saltines
    margarine for top
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion together until tender.
    Drain and place in a casserole dish.
    Add margarine and Velveeta, salt and pepper. Stir well.
    Top with crumbled saltines and dot with margarine (approximately 1/2 cup).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 to 30 minutes or until cheese melts and crackers brown on top.
