Salmon Mousse(Nice For Parties And Receptions.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can salmon
    2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1/2 c. chili sauce
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (6 1/2 to 7 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
    4 hard cooked eggs, finely chopped
    1/2 c. olives with pimentos, finely chopped
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    parsley and crackers
Preparation
    Drain salmon, reserving liquid.
    Add water, if necessary, to equal 1/2 cup liquid.
    Bone and finely flake salmon; set aside. Combine gelatin and liquid in a heat proof cup.
    Place container in a pan of hot water and stir gelatin mixture to dissolve.
    Transfer gelatin to mixing bowl and blend in mayonnaise.
    Stir in chili sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire, dill weed and pepper.
    Fold in flaked salmon, tuna, egg, chopped olives (optional) and onion.
