Butterscotch Oaties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. Nestle butterscotch morsels
    3/4 c. oleo
    1/4 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 1/4 c. quick oats
    1 3/4 c. sifted flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Melt morsels and oleo in double boiler.
    Remove from heat. Add boiling water and baking soda.
    Gradually blend in oats, flour, sugar and salt.
    Dough will be stiff after mixed well. Drop by slightly rounded teaspoonfuls onto sprayed cookie sheets. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
