Zucchini Rounds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. Bisquick
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 slightly beaten eggs
    2 c. unpared shredded zucchini
    2 Tbsp. butter, oleo or oil
    syrup or honey (optional)
Preparation
    Mix Bisquick, cheese and pepper.
    Stir in beaten eggs until moistened.
    Fold in zucchini.
    Fry in butter, oleo or oil.
    (No stick skillet - spray with oil).
    Drizzle with syrup or honey to taste (optional).
