Super Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium yellow onions, chopped
    4 c. tomatoes, chopped and cored
    5 jalapeno peppers, seeded, cored and chopped
    1/2 green bell pepper, seeded, cored and chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. garlic, crushed
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh coriander or cilantro
    1 1/2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Refrigerate for several hours. Serve with tortilla chips.
    Makes 1 1/2 quarts.
