Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 cup milk
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    8 cups thinly sliced potatoes
    1 cup thinly sliced onions (or chopped)
    2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Combine soup, milk, and pepper.
    In a 2 1/2 quart baking dish, alternate layers of potatoes, onions, cheese, and soup mixture.
    Dot top with butter.
    Cover and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Uncover and bake for 15 minutes more or until done.
