Breakfast Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. stirred all-purpose flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1 c. blueberries
Preparation
    In medium bowl, thoroughly stir flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
    In small bowl, beat eggs until foamy; add milk and margarine and beat to blend.
    Add to flour mixture and stir only until it is moistened.
    Fold in berries.
    Fill greased muffin pan cups 2/3 full.
    Sprinkle with topping (1 tablespoon sugar and 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind, stirred together).
    Bake about 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
