Wassail - Crowd Size(Serve Immediately. Serves 50 To 75 Cups.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 gal. apple cider
2 qt. orange juice
2 c. brown sugar
4 sticks cinnamon
4 tsp. whole cloves
4 tsp. whole allspice
dash of nutmeg

Preparation

Pour apple cider and orange juice into a large coffee pot. Mix remaining ingredients and place in perk basket.
Let coffee pot perk as it would for coffee.
