Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. converted rice
    1 can French onion soup
    1 can beef consomme
    1 small jar sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    In a 9 x 13-inch dish, melt margarine.
    Add rice.
    Add soup and consomme.
    Stir.
    Place mushrooms on top of mixture. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
