Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes
    flour
    melted butter
    salt
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Thoroughly scrub as many medium to large sized potatoes as needed.
    Cut
    into quarters
    or
    halves, depending on size. Coat with flour.
    Place in melted butter (enough to completely cover bottom
    of dish) in baking dish.
    (Single layer.) Sprinkle with seasoned salt and Parmesan cheese. Bake until done in 350\u00b0
    oven, approximately
    45
    minutes.
    Can
    turn
    half
    way through baking if desired.
