Layered Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head chopped lettuce
12 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 c. green onions, chopped
1 lb. cooked bacon, crumbled
1 lb. frozen peas, thawed
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
2 c. sour cream
2 c. Miracle Whip
2 c. fresh tomatoes, diced
3/4 lb. shredded Swiss cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix the sour cream, Miracle Whip,
sugar, salt and pepper to make a dressing.
Layer the salad in a large casserole pan as follows:
lettuce, eggs, onions, bacon, peas, tomatoes, dressing and Swiss cheese.
Cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerate overnight.
