Apple Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. finely chopped apples
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
    1/2 c. oil
    1 egg
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar, salt, soda, cinnamon, apples in mixing bowl.
    Combine sour cream, oil, egg, pecans, vanilla.
    Add to dry ingredients.
    Stir until moistened.
    Spoon batter into greased muffin tin (3/4 full).
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Remove and cool.
