Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 cans tomato paste
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with onions, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Drain.
    Add soups, 2 cans water and tomato paste.
    Heat until bubbly.
    Turn off heat and add sour cream.
    Mix well.
    Serve over hot cooked shell noodles.
