Fluffy Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (20 oz. each) cans crushed pineapple, drained (reserve 1 1/2 c. juice)
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
3 eggs, lightly beaten
3/8 c. orange juice
4 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 cans fruit cocktail, drained
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
2 bananas, sliced
1 1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped or 12 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation

Put reserved pineapple juice in small saucepan.
To this, add the next 6 ingredients.
Bring to a boil and cook 1 minute. Remove from heat and cool.
Combine in a salad bowl the pineapple, fruit cocktail, oranges and bananas.
Mix the whipped cream with cooled sauce.
Fold into fruit.
Chill for several hours.
Serves 12 to 16 people.
