Plain Candy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. sugar
1 pt. white syrup
1 large can Pet milk
1/2 lb. butter
3/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix all
ingredients
together.
Cook
until sugar dissolves and forms
a
firm
ball
when dropped into cold water. Remove from heat
and
beat until cool enough to hold in hand. Add chopped nuts.
Pour out on greased cookie sheet.
