Chicken Nuggets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boned and skinned chicken breast halves
2 Tbsp. canola oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. finely ground bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 1/2 tsp. honey
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
Preparation

Preheat oven to 475\u00b0.
Cut each chicken breast half into 8 pieces.
Mix oil, garlic and pepper.
Combine bread crumbs and cayenne pepper and place on plate.
Roll chicken nuggets in bread crumbs.
Place on cookie sheet in a single layer.
Bake 15 minutes or until browned and done.
Dip nuggets in honey and mustard sauce.
