Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    5 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. cold milk
    1 1/2 c. scalded milk
    3 egg yolks
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. shredded coconut
    whipped cream
Preparation
    Blend sugar, flour, salt and cold milk.
    Add scalded milk and stir constantly over medium heat until thick.
    Add beaten egg yolks and cook 2 minutes more.
    Remove from heat.
    Add vanilla and coconut.
    Cool.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Top with whipped cream.
