Tropical Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. nonfat milk
    1/4 c. nonfat egg substitute
    3 Tbsp. corn oil margarine
    1 (3.5 oz.) pkg. dry vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
    1 (8 oz.) carton nonfat cream cheese (at room temperature)
    1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. sugar, divided use
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp. coconut extract
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (packed in natural), well drained
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0.
    Spray a 9 or 10-inch pie plate with a nonstick vegetable spray and set aside.
    In a large bowl, combine flour, milk, egg substitute, margarine and pudding mix. Using an electric mixer, beat for 2 minutes.
    Pour into the prepared pie plate.
