Fruited Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 1/2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. dried apricots
    1 small pkg. chopped dates
    1/2 c. golden raisins
    1/3 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Soak apricots 1 minute in hot water and cut up (use scissors). Cream the cream cheeses together and add other ingredients. Chill well in refrigerator.
    Form into ball and roll in chopped pecans.
    Serve with thin gingersnaps.
    Delicious!
