Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. yellow squash
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 tsp. olive oil
    3 pkg. Sweet One or 1 Tbsp. sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook all of the above until the liquid has cooked out (use just enough water to cook this).
    This is very good to eat as a vegetable at this stage.
