Texas Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine
    4 to 6 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 c. water
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar and soda in a large mixing bowl.
    In a saucepan, blend margarine, cocoa and water; bring to a boil.
    Mix well.
    Pour over sugar and flour in bowl.
    Add sour cream and eggs.
    Blend well by hand or use mixer.
    Bake in an 11 x 15-inch jelly roll pan for 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
