Alfredo Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 pt. heavy cream
3/4 stick butter
3/4 c. grated Romano cheese or more if desired

Preparation

Warm cream and butter on low just to boiling point, but do not allow to boil.
Add grated cheese and stir until creamy.
May leave on low until needed for pasta.
