Spinach Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen spinach
2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
1 large onion, chopped fine
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Accent (m.s.g.)
1/2 lb. (1 c.) melted butter (no substitute)
4 beaten eggs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. thyme
Preparation

Thaw spinach and squeeze water out and then mix with rest of ingredients.
Put in refrigerator to chill, then shape into walnut-size balls.
Quick freeze on cookie sheet covered with wax paper.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet.
You can keep in freezer bags until ready to bake for up to 1 month.
Makes 60.
