Soft Mints - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. margarine
1 lb. confectioners sugar
1/8 tsp. flavor oil
1 egg white
coloring (paste colors work best)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients until blended (by hand).
If using different colors, divide dough to color separately.
Knead color into dough until color is even.
Take small balls and roll until approximately 1/2-inch diameter.
Cut into small pieces.
Dry several hours on cookie sheets.
