Portuguese Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

10 to 12 potatoes
1 lb. Velveeta
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 small jar pimento
2 bread slices, cubed
2 Tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. Nature's Seasons salt
2 sticks melted butter
Preparation

Boil potatoes; cube and put in large casserole dish.
Cube cheese and sprinkle over potatoes, then sprinkle onion, pimento, parsley, paprika and Nature's Seasons salt.
Cube bread slices and arrange on top.
Melt butter and pour over casserole.
Bake for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
