Cheese Glazed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts
    1 tsp. paprika
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. sherry
    3/4 c. light cream
    1/3 c. Chablis
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
Preparation
    Coat chicken with flour, paprika and salt.
    Brown in oil and butter; add sherry.
    Cook, covered, until tender; then add Chablis and lemon juice.
    Blend cream and cornstarch and add to juice in pan, stirring until thickened.
    Sprinkle with cheese and cover pan until cheese melts.
    Serve over rice.
