Party Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts, skinned, boned and halved
garlic salt
pepper
8 slices Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. white wine
1 c. sliced mushrooms
2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
1/3 c. butter (melted)
fresh parsley, chopped
Preparation

Lay chicken breasts, flat in greased oven pan or Pyrex dish. Salt and pepper.
Top each breast with cheese.
Add mushrooms. Mix soup and wine.
Pour over breasts.
Sprinkle stuffing mix on top.
Dribble melted butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0
for 1 hour.
Sprinkle parsley on top before serving.
Serves 8.
