Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen carrots, broccoli and cauliflower
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1 c. grated cheese, divided
    1 can French-fried onions, divided
    1 can cream of celery soup
Preparation
    Cook frozen vegetables in microwave 5 to 6 minutes.
    Add sour cream, half of the cheese and half of the fried onions.
    Stir in the soup; mix well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Top with remaining cheese and onions.
    Return to oven until cheese is melted and brown.
