Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Miracle Whip
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. white vinegar
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 c. chopped green peppers
    3 c. grated carrots
    1 chopped (sweet purple) onion
Preparation
    Cook 1 pound (3 cups)
    macaroni by directions on package; drain and rinse with cold water (makes 6 to 8 cups of cooked macaroni).
    May refrigerate until cool.
