Cheese Soup(Serves 8) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. celery, finely chopped
1 c. green onions, finely chopped
2 c. water
4 c. milk
4 c. chicken broth
1 medium white onion, chopped
1/2 c. margarine
1 c. flour
1 jar (15 oz.) Cheez Whiz
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Boil celery and green onion in 2 cups water for 5 minutes. Saute white onion in margarine, add flour and blend well.
Boil milk and broth.
Stir into white onion mixture with wire whisk. Add cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
Stir in prepared mustard and boiled vegetables including water in which they were cooked. Heat and serve.
Freezes well.
