Chicken Caper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 lb.) chicken
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 large cloves garlic, minced
    3/4 c. sliced pimento stuffed olives
    3 Tbsp. capers
    1 1/2 Tbsp. capers liquid
    1 Tbsp. water
    1/2 c. parsley
Preparation
    Rinse chicken and pat dry.
    Coat with mixture of flour, salt and pepper. Brown chicken in butter in a skillet.
    Simmer, covered, for 40 minutes.
    Add garlic, olives, capers, liquid, water and parsley.
    Cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until heated through.
    Serve with buttered and parslied new potatoes.
