Chocolate Caramel Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. butter
    2 c. oatmeal
    2 tsp. soda
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    64 caramels
    6 Tbsp. butter
    6 tsp. milk
    12 oz. chocolate chips
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix butter, oatmeal, soda, flour, brown sugar and salt and put 3/4 of mixture into jelly roll pan.
    Melt caramels, butter and milk; pour over mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Remove and place chocolate chips and nuts on top.
    Top with remaining crumb mix.
    Bake another 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
