Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 or 1 1/4 lb. lean ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 tsp. dried parsley
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    10 oz. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed in microwave
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (10 3/4 oz.)
    5 to 6 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed
    shredded Cheddar cheese
    Durkee French fried onions
Preparation
    Brown beef and minced onion in skillet.
    Transfer to 2-quart casserole, discarding any fat.
    Add parsley and Worcestershire sauce.
