Peanut Brittle Candy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. raw peanuts
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. water
1/2 c. light corn syrup
Preparation

Mix sugar, syrup, water and peanuts in electric frying pan. Cook at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until syrup is golden tan.
Stir in baking soda.
Pour into buttered baking sheet and spread thinly. Cool.
Break into serving pieces.
