Rabbit Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 rabbit, cut up
    1 Tbsp. fat
    1 c. chicken broth
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    pinch of ginger
    3/4 c. orange juice
    2 green peppers, chopped
    1/2 c. mushrooms, chopped
    1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown rabbit in hot fat.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cover and cook slowly until tender, about 1 hour.
    Serves 2.
