Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 large can diced tomatoes
    1 (4 oz.) jar diced O'sage pimentos
    1 c. Minute rice
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can peas, drained
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, then add the remaining ingredients, mixing well.
    Place in a 2 1/2-quart casserole.
    Bake 1 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    It can be prepared in a large electric frypan.
