Seafood Or Chicken Fettucini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 onions, chopped
    3 bell peppers, chopped
    3 pods garlic, chopped
    3 sticks oleo or butter
    3 c. half and half
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese or jalapeno Velveeta
    1/4 c. flour
    16 to 24 oz. fettucini
    Parmesan cheese
    3 lb. seafood or chicken
    parsley (optional)
Preparation
    Saute vegetables in butter 15 minutes.
    Add half and half, cheese (small chunks) and flour.
    Cook sauce slowly for 10 minutes.
    Add salt, pepper and Cajun spices to taste.
