Grilled Marinated Turkey Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 lb.) bone in turkey breast
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. ground ginger
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    3 cloves garlic, pressed
Preparation
    Have butcher cut turkey breast in half lengthwise, then cut crosswise into 1-inch thick steaks, resembling pork chops. Combine soy sauce with remaining ingredients.
    Pour over turkey. Cover.
    Refrigerate for 8 hours.
    Remove from marinade.
    Grill, covered with lid, for 8 to 10 minutes on each side.
