Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    2 1/2 c. (1 lb.) grated zucchini
    3/4 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    2 tsp. chopped onion
    1 small clove garlic, minced
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    In a small bowl, combine bread crumbs and butter.
    Keep 1/4 cup of bread crumbs for topping.
